To make it easier for you to find space for the event, ask yourself the following questions.
How is the space arranged and what is it equipped with?
This is one of the first and most important questions. Many spaces put aesthetics instead of practicality first. Think about what equipment you need for your event, from a stable internet connection and printer and scanner to quality sound system.
How much space do we need?
Space capacity is another key issue. You need to make sure that the space is large enough and that everyone will be comfortable. If the space is not large enough, participants and guests may feel uncomfortable, which can affect the focus and general impression of the event.
Would you proudly host the participants of the event in this space?
You have rented a space and the event is ready – will you welcome the guests or will you be embarrassed because you are afraid that the elevator will break down? Accessible location, warm atmosphere and the possibility of adapting the space will greatly facilitate the organization of space, but also leave a positive impression.
